一次性環保餐具材(cái)料成型的(de)條件
一次性環保餐具(jù)注射成型過程中,有三個轉變階段:一是一次性餐具材料不進入(rù)桶體時的顆粒狀態;二是塑性流動在桶內達到“副極”狀態;三是一次性餐具材料通(tōng)過(guò)一次性餐具模具澆注係統的流動和冷卻。在每(měi)個階段,都(dōu)須有特定的工藝成型條件。下(xià)麵小編(biān)為您講解一番。

(1) Preheating and drying:
原(yuán)料預熱幹燥1.5-2min,物料溫度(dù)升到80C°-100c°。原因是(shì)原材(cái)料中的(de)水分含(hán)量往往過高。如(rú)果(guǒ)直接放入桶內,產品表麵會變暗(àn)、顏色不均勻和表麵起泡(pào)。但預熱時間應適當,溫度不宜過高。溫度過高會(huì)導致產品表(biǎo)麵(miàn)出現焦斑(bān);預熱溫度過高或預熱時間(jiān)過長會導致產品表麵顏色不均勻。

投料量(liàng)應準確。如果原料太多,產品會有太多的飛(fēi)邊,難以清洗;如果原料太少,成型壓力(lì)不足,產品無法完全固(gù)化。

二、熔副狀態:

(1)控製成型溫度和壓(yā)力:

根據一次(cì)性餐具材料較佳成型條件的要求(qiú),一次性餐具模具的成型溫度應控製在150-220c°。

之間初始壓力(lì)控製(zhì)在70mpa-90mpa之(zhī)間,加(jiā)壓時間為1-5s。如果原料溫度過高,容易造成產品表麵焦(jiāo)斑和產品顏色不均;如果初(chū)壓時間過長,產(chǎn)品表麵(miàn)會鬆動;成型溫度和壓力不當會導致塑性流動性能差。
The initial pressure is controlled between 70 mpa and 90 mpa, and the pressurization time is 1-5s. If the raw material temperature is too high, it is easy to cause the product surface spot and uneven product color; If the initial pressing time is too long, the product surface will become loose; Improper molding temperature and pressure will lead to poor plastic flow performance.


(2)排氣:

成型過程中會產生冷凝水和揮發性(xìng)氣體(tǐ),因此成型過程(chéng)中應進行排氣,防範產品表麵(miàn)鬆動。通常,放(fàng)氣的次數和時間由經驗決定,放氣動作(zuò)應盡可能快。隻要及時壓力並恢複到(dào)原始壓力,放(fàng)氣操作就完成。我們的(de)一次性餐具的結構並不複雜,因此不需要從一次性餐具模具的角度考慮排氣結構。
Condensate water and volatile gas will be generated during the forming process, so exhaust gas shall be conducted during the forming process to prevent the product surface from loosening. Generally, the number and time of bleeding are determined by experience, and the bleeding action should be as fast as possible. As long as the pressure is eliminated in time and restored to the original pressure, the venting operation will be completed. The structure of our disposable tableware is not complex, so it is not necessary to consider the exhaust structure from the perspective of disposable tableware mold.
三、衝模流動及冷卻定型:
3、 Die flow and cooling setting:
(1)固化階段:
(1) Curing stage:
排氣後,立即關閉模具,壓力升到70-90mpa,持(chí)續約70s。在此階段(duàn),固化時間應夠長,否則產品表麵會變暗。
After venting, close the mold immediately, and the pressure rises to 70-90mpa, lasting for about 70s. At this stage, the curing time should be long enough, otherwise the product surface will become dark.
(2)脫模:
(2) Demoulding:
固(gù)化後,產品風冷,噴射(shè)機構噴射產品。
After curing, the product is air cooled, and the spraying mechanism sprays the product.
(3)脫模後處理:

我們製作食品器皿,所(suǒ)以產品成型後,應在120℃以上的一次性餐具模具中加熱30-60分鍾(zhōng),以進一步固(gù)化。末後,拋(pāo)光閃光燈,完成一次性餐具的生產。
