可降解的塑料袋用什麽顆粒粒子
一種是非全降解塑料。一般為PE+澱粉或PE+崩解劑的組成,很多公司有銷售。這種材料在使(shǐ)用後澱粉的部分會很快分解,但(dàn)PE的部分還是很難降(jiàng)解。不過,由度於澱(diàn)粉分解後在材料中留下了空隙,在(zài)一定程度上可以加快(kuài)PE的降解。崩解劑也(yě)不能(néng)使PE完(wán)全降解,隻是在(zài)使用後使薄膜碎裂成小塊。因此(cǐ),這種材料問不能稱為降解材料,根據我國可降解材料標準GB/T20197-2006的規定,其並不在列。一(yī)般很便宜,與(yǔ)現有的PE差異答不大。

另外一種是全降(jiàng)解塑料。一般分為聚羥基酸、專聚二酸二醇兩類(lèi)。聚羥基酸包括PLA、PHV、PHBV等等。聚二酸二醇包括PBS、PBSA、PBAT等(děng)等。可以直接做成塑料袋的有PHBV、PBS、PBSA、PBAT以及(jí)改性(xìng)過的PLA等。這類材料普遍比較貴,通常要四(sì)到六(liù)萬一噸,國內消費者比較難接屬受。為了降低成本,也有廠商在這類材料中加入澱粉等物質,但性能(néng)會有降低,成本的(de)下降也不是(shì)十分明顯。
