These enzyme proteins can be located on the cell wall or in the protoplast structure. Some enzymes can sneak into the surrounding environment, while others are in the cell and are released only when the cell is dissolved or broken mechanically. The enzyme only has high catalytic ability to chemical reaction, and can proceed at a high speed under suitable physiological conditions.
